Introducing Your Strategic Leadership Coach
Alex Farncomb
Alex Farncomb is dedicated to helping leaders and organisations grow strong in culture, team alignment, and mission impact.
With over 17 years of leadership experience in not-for-profit organisations, Alex has held various roles, including: managing hundreds of volunteers, overseeing communications for a global org, curriculum development for a training institution, and executive leadership for a large NFP.
His diverse background includes small business management, serving as marketing director for a leading branding agency in Sydney, and leading initiatives that foster both organisational and personal growth.
In parallel, Alex has spent the last 5 years driving business development across the Asia-Pacific region for a global SaaS company, helping nonprofits grow their donations and optimise operations resulting in 5x growth of revenue.
His work with a small business consulting firm has further strengthened his understanding of what it takes for NFPs, charities, and churches to achieve financial and operational success.
Alex's coaching style focuses on empowering leaders to achieve results that build self-mastery and mission momentum, while remaining grounded in practical solutions. He helps clients unlearn negative scripts that are holding them back, guiding them toward actionable progress.
He’s on a mission to see leaders and organisations grow strong.
When he’s not putting his efforts into growing others, he’s loving quality time with his thoughtful wife and lively daughter. When they’re both sick of him, you’re likely to find him with mates at the pub or birdwatching in the bush.
Yep, he’s a “twitcher”.
There’s one group of birds above all that captivate his attention like no other, they reside at Brookvale Oval and you’ll see Alex there 12 times a year.
The bird?
The Manly Sea Eagles of course, the only team worth supporting in the NRL.
